Under the standard working condition(temperature for-25℃ to 55℃), the product warranty period is one year if no artificial damage occurs.
Maintenance scope1. If the light fails to work , or the light beams twinkles under the normal working situation.
2. The damage appears in transit to the assigned location while the lights are packed under the company’s standard packing criteria

Service During the Sales
Company will repair the products free of charge or you can just sending the false products back in a week time after receiving it if the product doesn’t work during its warranty period.
If product failure appears when the warranty period is expired, the company will provide customers with fittings at cost price.
After-Sale Services
We provide a life-long after-sales service with free service for one year.
We will give you response in two hours’ time when you call us complaining.
